Pawsitive Therapeutic Consulting Services (PTCS) is an Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) & Animal-Assisted Activity (AAA) Team specializing in Great Dane Therapy Dogs.
PTCS assists in Animal-Assisted Therapy. How does it work? At no charge, professionals schedule a PTCS Therapy Dane to play an intricate roll in treatment sessions. Patients or clients may be physically, socially, emotionally or cognitively challenged, and have specific goals/progress reports that will be updated throughout each session. Visitation is scheduled and worked around the individual’s needs.
In addition, PTCS provides free Animal-Assisted Activity sessions. These visits can be spontaneous or scheduled. Therapy Danes engage groups or individuals in a variety of social settings. Visitation times are considered flexible. In Animal-Assisted Activities, no treatment is being performed or progress of a patient is being documented. Animal-Assisted Activities are fun and relaxed sessions where the Therapy Dane may entertain or just enjoy companionship. (Click here for programs offered)
Our Therapy Danes are sure to give your environment and facility a unique and treasured experience! Please take a moment to browse our website for information about our programs and how you can personally help our team reach the lives of others.
